H-Dawgs, with the support of Schaefer's Wines, Foods & Spirits, offers this seasonal hot dog cart service for local event and private parties. Its founder and operator is a local teenage entrepreneur who saw the opportunity to offer an affordable and fun traditional Chicago hot dog menu and more!
The H-Dawg's state-of-art stainless trailer cart is supported by the commercial food kitchen at Schaefer's and is fully licensed by the Village of Skokie Health Department. Our staff are state certified food managers and handlers.
